She joined a weight loss challenge, and from there, she learned how to eat right and take care of her body. This motivated her to help other people. She started by taking classes on nutrition and kn
Live Healthy 24 began after the owner, Andrea, started her health journey. She was 50 pounds overweight and decided to do something about it. She joined a weight loss challenge, and from there, she learned how to eat right and take care of her body. This motivated her to help other people. She started by taking classes on nutrition and knowing what could help change people's lives. In 2013, she became certified as a Piloxing instructor, and Live Healthy 24 grew from there
